example: waiting for 52 … 99 comes, 99 comes, 99 comes, 99 comes, 105 comes, 99 comes, no 52 in sight …

now, when taking the bus of HIGHEST frequency … no bus will arrive. and then, the 1st bus that comes will be ….. the bus of least frequency.

example: 99 never turns up … 15 mins later 52 turns the corner into the bus stop. ARGH.
